Terms of Service
Welcome to DoMind. Please read these Terms carefully before using the service, especially the clauses about account security, user content, AI output risks, minors, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution.
1. Scope and Service Operator
- These Terms apply to your access to or use of DoMind, also operated under the website name 点点点 at dojeee.com, including web, mobile, and related services such as SMS login, AI chat, knowledge bases, file processing, workflows, image generation, and later related features.
- DoMind is operated by 丹智多杰 (individual operator). The website ICP filing number is 蜀ICP备2026018224号-1. By registering, logging in, clicking agree, or continuing to use the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
- If you do not agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, please stop registering, logging in, or using the service immediately.
2. Account Registration, Login, and Security
- You should use a real, lawful mainland China mobile phone number that you are authorized to use for registration or login.
- Verification codes, login tokens, and device access are for your own use only. You are responsible for losses caused by voluntarily disclosing codes, lending accounts, using unsafe devices, or violating platform rules.
- For account security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or regulatory requirements, we may require additional verification or restrict, freeze, cancel, or terminate accounts involving abnormal login, bulk registration, API abuse, malicious requests, or high-risk activity.
- You may request account cancellation in the app. After cancellation, you will no longer be able to log in with that account. We will delete or anonymize related personal information according to the Privacy Policy unless otherwise required by law.
3. Acceptable Use
- You must not use the service for illegal activity, infringement of others' rights, harm to national security, public security, cybersecurity, public interests, or disruption of platform operations.
- You must not upload, input, generate, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, fraudulent, harassing, malicious, contains trade secrets, unauthorized personal information, content unsuitable for minors, or otherwise violates laws, regulations, or public order and morals.
- You must not bypass, damage, or interfere with security measures, access controls, model restrictions, billing limits, or rate limits, or abuse the service through crawlers, batch scripts, reverse engineering, API resale, or similar methods.
- You must ensure that text, images, files, knowledge-base materials, workflow configurations, and other content submitted to the service are lawful and properly authorized.
4. AI Outputs and Professional-Risk Notice
- AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, fabricated, biased, or unsuitable for a specific context. You should independently review, verify, and decide whether to use AI outputs.
- The service does not provide medical, legal, financial, investment, insurance, psychological diagnosis, or other professional advice. For high-risk or professional decisions, consult qualified professionals and do not rely only on AI outputs.
- You must not use the service to generate or distribute illegal or harmful content, infringing content, misleading information, abusive deepfake content, illegal marketing, illegal collection of personal information, or other prohibited uses.
- To protect service security and comply with laws and regulations, we may conduct necessary safety review, risk filtering, logging, and violation handling for inputs and outputs.
5. User Content and Intellectual Property
- You retain rights to the content you lawfully upload, input, or create. You confirm that you own or have obtained all rights and permissions required to use the content.
- To provide and improve the service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license within mainland China and within the scope necessary for service purposes to store, transmit, parse, chunk, vectorize, retrieve, generate, display, and technically process your submitted content.
- Except for providing the service, fulfilling legal obligations, handling security incidents, or acting with your separate authorization, we will not use your user content for public publication, advertising, promotion, or resale.
- DoMind's product design, interface, code, documentation, model orchestration, workflow capabilities, and related technical achievements are protected by law. Without our written permission, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, lease, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any component of the service.
6. Third-Party Services and Domestic Processing
- To provide SMS verification, cloud servers, data storage, file processing, AI model calls, and security protection, we may use Alibaba Cloud, DeepSeek, Alibaba Cloud Bailian/Tongyi, or other domestic providers actually used in production.
- The production service uses servers and model services deployed in mainland China only. We do not transfer production users' personal information outside mainland China. Temporary overseas model configurations in testing or debugging environments are not used to process production user data.
- Third-party services may be interrupted, delayed, limited, or unavailable for reasons outside our control. We will take reasonable measures to reduce impact but are not responsible beyond the scope required by law for failures caused by third-party services beyond our control.
7. Fees, Membership, and Service Changes
- Free access or testing-stage features do not mean that we promise the service will remain free forever or keep the same feature scope permanently.
- If paid, membership, quota, or value-added features are launched later, we will clearly disclose price, benefits, validity period, refund rules, and other important terms before purchase, activation, or payment.
- We may adjust features, APIs, models, quotas, usage limits, service forms, or service entrances due to product planning, operational security, laws and regulations, regulatory requirements, or changes in third-party services.
8. Service Interruption, Termination, and Violation Handling
- If service is interrupted or limited due to system maintenance, network failure, server issues, third-party service failures, force majeure, security incidents, regulatory requirements, or changes in laws and regulations, we will use reasonable efforts to restore it.
- If you violate these Terms, laws and regulations, regulatory requirements, or the lawful rights of others, we may delete or restrict related content, suspend or terminate all or part of the service to you, and retain necessary records as required by law.
- If your content or conduct causes third-party complaints, administrative penalties, legal disputes, losses, or expenses, you are responsible for the consequences. If we suffer losses as a result, you should compensate us as required by law.
9. Minors
- DoMind is mainly intended for adults. We do not actively provide services to children under 14.
- If you are under 18, you should use the service only with the consent and guidance of your parent or other legal guardian. If you are under 14, please do not register, log in, or provide personal information to us.
- If a guardian finds that a minor is improperly using the service or a child's personal information has been submitted to the service, the guardian may contact us using the contact details in these Terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of expected benefits, or data loss caused by your improper use of the service, reliance on AI outputs, violation of these Terms, network issues, third-party service failures, force majeure, or other reasons outside our control.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer rights, liability for personal injury, liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or other statutory liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
- Where liability limitation is permitted by law, our liability to a single user for use of the service is capped at the actual service fees paid by that user to us in the previous 12 months. For free users, the cap is RMB 100. Mandatory legal rules prevail where applicable.
11. Updates, Governing Law, and Dispute Resolution
- We may update these Terms due to business, technical, third-party service, legal, or regulatory changes. Material changes will be notified through page notice, app prompt, or other reasonable methods.
- If you continue using the service after the Terms are updated, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms. If you disagree with the update, please stop using the service.
- The formation, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of these Terms are governed by the laws of mainland China. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the service should first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit before the competent court at the operator's location.
- If this English version conflicts with the Simplified Chinese version, the Simplified Chinese version prevails, except where mandatory consumer rights provide otherwise.
