DoMind, also operated under the website name 点点点 at dojeee.com, is operated by 丹智多杰 (individual operator). The website ICP filing number is 蜀ICP备2026018224号-1. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your information when we provide account login, AI chat, knowledge-base, file processing, workflow, and related services.
The production service uses servers and model services deployed in mainland China only. We do not transfer personal information of production users outside mainland China. Temporary testing or debugging configurations are not used to process production user data.
1. How We Collect and Use Personal Information
We process only necessary information for clear and lawful purposes. The table below lists the main scenarios, categories, purposes, and retention rules.

2. Permissions

We do not sell your personal information. To provide the service, we may provide necessary information to the following providers or allow them to process it on our behalf. We require providers to process information only for agreed purposes and with appropriate security measures.

4. Storage Location, Cross-Border Transfer, and Security
- Production service data is stored in mainland China. We do not transfer personal information of production users outside mainland China or use overseas model services to process production user data.
- If future business changes require cross-border transfer of personal information, we will conduct the required personal information protection impact assessment, complete the necessary procedures, provide separate notice, and obtain required consent before doing so.
- We use access control, encrypted transmission, token protection, permission isolation, log auditing, backups, and security monitoring. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. If a personal information security incident occurs, we will notify affected users and take remedial measures as required by law.
5. Retention and Account Cancellation

6. Your Rights

You may edit your profile, delete conversations, or cancel your account in the app, or contact us by email. After verifying your identity, we will respond within the period required by law, usually within 15 working days.
Please understand that deleting necessary information or withdrawing necessary permission may make some features unavailable. Records required for logs, backups, dispute handling, or legal obligations may be retained for the necessary period.
7. Minors
DoMind is mainly intended for adults. We do not actively provide services to children under 14. If you are under 18, you should use the service only with the consent and guidance of your parent or other legal guardian. If you are under 14, please do not register, log in, or provide personal information to us.
If a guardian finds that personal information of a child has been submitted to DoMind, please contact us using the contact details below. We will verify the situation and delete the information or take necessary protective measures as soon as possible.
8. Policy Updates
We may update this Policy due to product changes, third-party services, laws, regulations, or regulatory requirements. Material changes include changes to processing purposes, data categories, sharing recipients, cross-border arrangements, or how you exercise your rights.
For material changes, we will notify you through page notice, app prompt, or other reasonable methods. If the law requires renewed consent, we will obtain it before processing the relevant personal information.
